History:
Noah Ramirez was among the first class of recruits to join the PUG military directly instead of being folded in from different organizations. Records show he did well in all basic training courses. He rose through the enlisted ranks as far as sergeant during the war and commanded a squad of marines during several engagements with AI war drones. When the war ended, his unit was disbanded and he was discharged from the service.
Despite his military record containing no blemishes, all reports about Noah after his service indicate extensive criminal activity. Though never charged with any crimes, he has been linked with multiple robberies, piracy, extortion and slavery. Despite these unsavory actions, he appears to have passed away from an ordinary accident while serving as a legitimate cargo handler for a transport ship.

While the official cause of death is cargo accident, Noah actually died a heroes death when Seraph stopped the LFD Central AI from starting a new AI War. Further, there are as of yet unsubstantiated reports that Noah did not in fact die during these events but was rescued by PUG medical ships along with the LFD crew. Following this rescue, he appears to have been transferred to the custody of an Echanic crime lord known as ‘Gerald’. Noah had worked previously for Gerald and rumors suggest he may have been involved in releasing the Golan colonists from slavery. It is speculated that Gerald wished revenge on him for this loss of profit. How Gerald was able to get Noah’s survival wiped from PUG records and released into his custody is a matter of an ongoing investigation.
