Updates on Occupy Wall Street

Here are some new updates on Occupy Wall Street:

• First ‘Official’ statement. There are more on the way including 1) A declaration of demands. 2) Principles of Solidarity  3) Documentation on how to form your own Direct Democracy Occupation Group
• 700 were arrested on Saturday
• Some Marines are planning to join the protest for the explicit purpose of being a buffer between the NYPD and the protesters
• An effort is now being made to coordinate the disparate groups across the country with Occupy Together
• Several Unions are planning a big march on Wednesday from City Hall to the protest site. They’re now aiming for one big march a day rather than two
