I am so riled up and fucking angry at these assholes. Normally, I go back and edit out things like that. But not this time. I’ll say it again for the people in the back, fuck these selfish goddamn assholes.

You’re willing to risk your health to preserve the economy Dan? Really? You’re a rich white guy in a position of power. If you get sick, you’re going to get medical treatment.The hospitals all overwhelmed, no worries, they’ll find a ventilator for you.

Hell, you get exposed you’re going to get immediately tested. Most America’s can’t even do that reliably because there aren’t enough tests to go around. And even if there were they can’t afford it. Or the treatment.

Because you’re worried more about money than people, millions of people could die. That’s not new. That’s the entire response to everything. Climate change. War. Economics. Education. Money trumps people.

All these rich asshole “conservatives” care only about is preserving the situation that has given them a life of luxury. They don’t care about anyone else. Instead of looking out for the people of this country, they only care about the business bottom line.

They made big talk about stimulus aid package to help the country get by. But what did they create? A giant slushfund to bail out corporations with no strings attached. Meanwhile, regular Americans get a paltry sum but only if they paid income taxes. The millions of people who didn’t make enough to pay income taxes and who are the most directly affected by this virus (lacking access to healthcare and whose jobs are most likely affected)? They get little to nothing. 

There is a complete lack of compassion from the these assholes who call themselves “conservatives”. These supposedly “pro-life conservatives”. You don’t overcome a worldwide crisis by being selfish. You don’t preserve what makes America great by throwing your hands up in the air and saying, it’s okay if a few million people die. You don’t prioritize the economy over lives.

The economy is artificial, we made it up. We can make it do whatever we want if we all work together. Lives are not. People are real. You can’t make up a new person to replace one that died.
