May the Fourth be with you

Happy Star Wars day!

Ah puns. How we love you. You know a geek pun day has reached mainstream when you receive an email from your father-in-law wishing you a happy Star Wars day.

I will be honoring the legendary franchise by attempting to teach my son to sleep in his crib. Should each nap time not take an hour+ to get him to go to sleep, I may indulge in a little Star Wars: The Old Republic. Or some Kinect. Haven’t had time for either one that much lately.

A friend of mine, who is a huge Star Wars fan and responsible for much of my love of Star Wars, missed the honor of sharing his birthday with today by a mere 24hrs.  But I think it’s better for him. Who likes sharing their birthday with Christmas or Independence Day? (there are fewer holidays than you would originally think that are on specific days, took me a minute to come up with one other than Christmas)
