Exercise Update
I’ve been working on another blog post for two days, but keep getting interrupted. So here’s a quick one for my exercising update.
I went out and got some new shoes and some compression socks to try and combat some leg pain I’ve been experiencing. I was all set to go out and do it today and I even tried a new route (that I thought was 1mile but turned out to be 1.4miles). The socks and shoes helped right when I started out. I went for a bit and started to get real winded. That hadn’t happened the last few times, as my legs had started hurting before I could get tired. This time, I got tired and then one of my legs started hurting. So the socks and shoes helped on leg. Hopefully I just need to break them in some.
Progress as of, Wednesday, March 21, 2012
- Weight: 331.2lbs (+1lbs, -1.8lbs over all, yeah wrong direction)
- Push-Ups: 40 in one set (+5, but still modified)
- Sit-Ups: 50 in one set (+5)
- Run: 1.0 Miles in 19min 04sec (close to my goal of under 19min)

- Weight: 330lbs (-1.2 lbs)
- Push-Ups: 45 (modified)
- Sit-Ups: 60
- Run: 1 Mile in under 19min
