April Fools

Get ready internet, April Fool’s day is here. That means companies will be releasing false information intended to annoy and surprise you. Game companies are the worst, predictably releasing news of an expansion or update that either is to awesome to be true or to stupid to exist. And, inevitably, there are those fool’s who believe them.

Now, some companies embrace this tradition and have fun with it. Sometimes the mythical expansion announcements are genuinely funny. One time, back in the days of SWG, they announced that fearsome Krayt dragons were attacking the cities. Normally these creatures are the size of houses, but the ones they spawned to attack the cities were tiny, making it an amusing little event.
