Force Tank and Other Tips

In my neglectful state, I failed to mention my two recent articles over on the GSA site. Last week I had a follow up to my first post about Play-by-Post RPG’s with some Tips and Tricks. Yesterday, my third article came out where I outline ways to play a Force Tank in Star Wars Saga Edition.

The Force Tank build was inspired by a character I am currently playing, a Tyia Adept named Jasem. He’s not a fighter, being a Caamasi pacifist. But he uses the Force to shield himself and others from harm during battle. And he’s really quite good at it.

Playing someone in an RPG who doesn’t attack much is quite a different experience. The campaign is quite a lot of fun as the GM knows what he’s doing and the players are all experienced players. No one has an ego and we’re all in it to have fun and experience the story, not to “win”.
